***MS. GLEN’S FAVORITE TIPS***
For best results, make sure skin is damp before applying creams, lotion or oils to your hands, feet and body.
BUNIONS—are caused when the big toe’s joint is angled to the outside of the foot, causing the bone to stick out. Bunions can be a hereditary condition or the result of wearing tight or pointy-toed shoes or, in women, high-heels.
Prevent bunions by avoiding tight shoes. Look for shoes that resemble the shape of your foot.
The only cure for bunions is surgery, but doctors advise against it unless it becomes painful. As the saying goes, “IF IT’S NOT BROKEN, DON’T FIX IT.”
